Terms of service.

The following terms and conditions apply when taking bookings for wedding flowers. A high standard of care is offered throughout our service. Please contact me at any time on 07718240068 or stowford.flowers@gmail.com.

Deposit

Once you have decided you’d like me to create your wedding flowers, I will request a non-refundable 30% deposit of the estimated invoice for your flowers. Once paid, your wedding date will be confirmed and the prices will be secure unless otherwise stated. This deposit will be subtracted from your final wedding flowers invoice.

Quotation and Payment

Once we have met and talked through what you’d like to be created for your day, I will be in touch with an initial quote which will be valid for 30 days. This is to give you an idea on a guide price for your flowers - if changes are required nearer to the time, the quote can be adjusted to suit.
A final invoice will be sent one month before your wedding date and is payable via card or direct payment (online banking).

Flower Availability

We work differently so other wedding florists. All our flowers are grown here on the farm so we do not not guarantee specific stem types. We love to advise our couples with what will be in season during the time of year you are getting married. You can leave us to choose your flowers, or we can work to a colour palette based on the discussions we have had. Please feel free to send images of any inspiration you have seen but please be aware we will never be able to replicate anything. Working with British flowers only means we choose the “best of the garden” at the time of your wedding and will only use what looks best on that given day.
